Better than expected. Stayed on the 17th floor in a spacious 2BR suite with everything the family might need including washer and drier. Beautiful views for the balcony. Great facilities. Responsive service. Kids liked the pools and swimming in the ocean. We will definitely return.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and friendliness of the staff. We had contact with the front desk, valet parking, restaurant, housekeeping, bellman and beach staff. Everyone went out of their way to take care of our needs. The facility itself is beautiful and obviously well conceived for the comfort of guests. The building has excellent views of the ocean and the island. We will return to this facility in the future.

Our stay at the Presidential suite Pent House overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were stunning! The beds were comfortable clean and fluffy. We loved the bedding and the pillows. The suite was large, elegant and breathtaking. The balconies were spacious and faced on the beach side. The view from the 21st floor was spectacular especially in evening. The millions of lights were mesmerizing. The staff was very attentive to our needs. They were phenomenal. It was an amazing experience. This is the place that I will recommend to all my friends and colleagues. If one wants to escape and relax, this is the place. This is the most fascinating and dazzling resort stay we have ever stayed in and we are world travelers. The hotel is outstanding!!! The shinning and outstanding marble floor is reminiscent of the ultimate elegance.

  The location is perfect. One can walk to the beach. Restaurants and boat rides are not far.

We had a nice time as a family of 4. One ten week old and one 5 year old. We had a very nice time on the beach and pools. We used the kids club often. Cant beat the location.

The two bedroom accommodation was very clean and enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The hotel is in a great location and has its own private beach. We had a guest with a disability and the resort had all sorts of accommodations for him which we really appreciated.

  Our room needed more silverware (in particular spoons and forks). There were only 2 spoons total.

I was in town for a business trip and had a great experience at the resort. The amenities were 5 star and offered everything I needed on property. Highly recommend

  Prime location

The pros- great rooms, pools, and beach. The cons- parking is valet only. I do not mind paying for parking but waiting for a valet is not necessary when they can offer a self park option. We waited 10 minutes for the cars to clear so that we could pull out of the valet area, I’d rather park my car in the lot. The other issue is the “beach set-up”. $30 for two chairs and an umbrella. However, the minute you walk away they remove your towels and sell your setup to the next group.

  The rooms are really great. The property is well maintained. The pool area with the slide is very lively during the day.

Our family enjoyed our stay so very much. The beach was awesome. I truly had the best breakfast ever at the 3800 Restaurant. The staff is so attentive they met our needs before we asked. They met our wants immediately.

  I was so happy that the island was not covered with tourist traps. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The sidewalks were great for my daily walks.

Such a great place to enjoy family time

We booked our room for a 2020 spring wedding that had to be relocated due to COVID restrictions and had not purchased insurance. The booking group allowed us to choose another time and we ended up with early May. From what we learned, that is after most of the crowds and prior to the really hot weather. We had never been to the area and were not all that excited to be going but really enjoyed the hotel and the vicinity. Although I really don’t like Valet parking as an only option, they were very responsive and courteous.

Location was great, being on the beach. Staff was very friendly and made you feel so welcome. Only complaints were trying to find a seat at the pool, but that could be said about almost any resort hotel and there really wasn’t an around the clock store in the lobby. They close the store after breakfast during the week.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was so beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so accommodating, friendly and funny! The staff treated me and my family like their family. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely unit with beach and intercoastal views. Easy beach access and plenty of places on the property to get food and drinks.

If you are looking for a resort with breathtaking views, you have found it. Beautiful views from our room and a delightful play to stay. All the staff were attentive, friendly and informative. Pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Drinks were well made. I highly recommend and will be going back again in the future.

This management team was great very responsive to all our needs. Walking out to the beach every morning to swim or walk the beach was wonderful

  Singer Island is beautiful, there is every store you can think of over the bridge to PGA blvd. There is diving, boating jet ski rental etc nearby.

Be sure to make pool reservations on the weekend! Check out low tide for the rock formation in front of the hotel on the beach! Check out high tide for water blow holes in rocks down the beach heading north (bring water shoes).

  Great location on beautiful Singer Island - walking distance to just about anything you could need.

Perfect ocean front location. We loved our stay. The pool with the waterslide was a hit for the kids. Because of what is going on there were no chairs and umbrellas out on the beach but we went out for a swim anyway. During a time when most of the hotels were closed, we found value here. The food from the restaurant was great.

We had a very nice time. James was great. We appreciate the fact that the hotel was actually open because we were trying to go fishing and we are able to do so. As I said above unfortunately due to the corona stuff we are on able to take advantage of all of your amenities. Hopefully our next stay we will be able to do so

Our stay was brief but wonderful . James was so accommodating that he allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated his willingness to help us, as our plane was very early. The apartment offers every amenity.

It was a pleasure staying there.

We were well looked after from the minute we arrived. Our apartment was great and waking up to a warm ocean and private beach was incredible. Then getting to have a quick splash in the pool with the kids was great fun. Just a shame that the slide was out of action. Would loved to have stayed longer.

I stayed in the penthouse with my wife and kids and the room was perfect as well as the view. My only regret is not springing for the resort fee.

Just got home from a nice week here. This place is great!! The service is amazing all around . We have done many All-inclusive vacations and although this is not one it’s the same feeling as one. Although charging stuff to the room is dangerous the prices are fair for the service . Valets are great , they are on top of it. Concierge was very helpful. This is also a great area for activities . The beach is amazing . We have stayed all over Florida and singer island has the clearest water ! The reef off shore is a bonus for snorkeling . Water was perfect ! Love this place , highly recommend it!

We loved the roominess and size of the condo, the kitchen amenities and the size of the bathrooms. Also use of additional beach chairs etc left on balcony. James was helpful with any request that was needed. Would have loved an earlier check in but they did accommodate us with holding our supplies. We are hoping to go back to this unit.

We visited here for a family vacation. The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful. There was plenty of dry towels at the beach and pool (total +). They did lack a bit in the entertainment area. I was traveling with my 5 teenage children. There wasn't much to keep them busy. Lastly, I was turned off by the staff constantly saying "oh you're renting from an owner" with a negative undertone. VERY unprofessional to make a person feel lessen by how they booked. This was my first time ever vacationing on a Florida beach. I found this place online. I had no knowledge of the difference between a private booking and a Marriott booking. Honestly, there was NO difference except I didn't have beach chairs included in my stay. The owner did, however, provide beach gear there for us to use. The management company was friendly and always helpful if an issue arose. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay. I especially recommend it for families with young children!

This is our second visit and we expect to come back again and again. The facility is so clean, the location covnenient to so many fun things to do, the staff is inviting and helpful, the facility is so clean, and the accommodations are perfect for a family of 5 (including 3 teenagers). The beach is pristine and just steps away. We also work with wonderful people. James is always available, friendly and effective.

  Fantastic location on beautiful Singer Island. Great restaurants/bars located at a walking distance from the hotel.

This is our second time choosing this particular unit, and we love it. For our family of four and an extended 2 week time this presidential suite couldn’t be better. Very clean, everything we need, feels like a second home. The resort is amazing as always, many things for kids of all ages and for adults.

  Palm beach is a great place for family vacations. It had the relaxing beach, and a vibrant downtown as well as many activities.

We enjoyed our stay - the beach and other outdoor spaces are lovely. Sr-vice was abundant and friendly. Would go back again...

Overall great experience . Traveled with three kids. Having a full kitchen was very accommodating. The kids loved the pool and being on the beach.

  If you book through VRBO the hotel will not provide any extra services (i.e. bedding , dish soap, laundry detergent). Slight inconvenience.

The only thing that was a little strange was that the people working there made it sound like we were not getting all the services the hotel offered since the owner had used another management team and not Marriot's. For example when we checked in they didn't ask the other manager to see if we could get in before 4. When I called they said to "head on up", which we did. Then when I asked for the key to get the elevator to work they said I couldn't get it till 4pm when we had already been up to the room and un-packed. Just kind of weird

Our family had an amazing stay! The property was upscale with Ritz level customer service. The accommodations were perfect for my family of 8. Restaurants, pools, spa, kids actvitivies...Everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation was provided from the moment we walked in. Our unit was complete with a full kitchen and laundry - even had beach chairs, umbrellas, a soft cooler and beach toys for the children! James, the head of guest services, was engaged from the beginning and responded to any issue we had during our stay- all of which were minor and handled promptly! We will definitely return.

I liked the hotel and its facilities and the fact that it was on the beach, but I was unhappy that a new hotel was built next door to the South which blocked all Sun at the pool at 2:30pm and at the beach at 4pm.

We love being on Singer Island, and this resort of superb. It is perfectly situated on th the island with easy access to the best part of the beach and Palm Gardens. The room is spacious and very comfortable (that says a lot when you travel with 3 high schoolers). We rise with on-site Starbucks in the morning to take along our walk on tb beach. Great restaurants in the area, including a varied and delicious menu at the hotel restaurant. Best of all, you always feel like you are the top concern for Guest Services. Led by James, they take care of whatever need you have in a friendly, timely and effective manner. All this is true despite the challenges of the busy holiday season. No time is too early or late for James and team to jump into action. They make us their top priority and it makes for a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure. We loved our experience. A terrfic way to start the new year!!!

Friendly staff, spa services, valet, nice fire pits and deep seating, cabanas. My only complaint was that was the lobby had overly- perfumed air, which they said was their “signature scent, offered for sale in gift shop” - I would have preferred fresh air a subtler scent like fresh pine or lavender. This scent reminded me of carpet fresh. I did enjoy the extra cold AC and cucumber and lemon infused waters in the lobby. Apparently this used to be a Starwood and these luxury apartments are all now privately owned and managed by Marriott. The result is that you have all of the amenities and services of a luxury resort spa combined with privacy and autonomy. You have the choice of many family activities as well as private fire pits, yoga on the beach in the morning, movies and musical entertainment and bar atmosphere at night. Or you can stay in your suite and cook and watch Netflix. Our suite, 717 was immaculately clean and had scomfortable bed and upscale linens. Tastefully decorates and very comfortable. The shower’s water pressure and the bath tub were both amazing!! Also this unit has a washer dryer in a closet in the kitchen for longer stays. We will definitely be staying here again very soon!!

  Very close to Palm Beaches, but I like to think of it as more of a St Bart’s rather than St Martin’s experience, with a cooler local island feel.

It was excellent. The staff was terrific. They were all polite and helpful. If you needed anything they were right there. The location was great.

Accommodated our special requests, without hesitation! The staff was very friendly and the resort was really clean! We had a great time celebrating a birthday and we can’t wait to come back! Special thanks to James!

From the lagoon, to the spa to the 2 bedroom suite we could not be happier. The only glitch is the check in process which is strictly enforced for 4 pm for the privately owned suites. Even with that late check in our room was not ready until 4:30 pm. If owners want repeat business they could do better with that. Otherwise, it was a great getaway.

  Resort was a convenient drive for us. We live in the area. PBI arrivals are 15-30 minute drive. Access to palm beach gardens and Riviera Beach

From time you pulled up to the Resort you were taking care of, shown around the ground from the pool and hot tub, the beach/tiki bar, or the Gym and Spa. The room, #915, had a perfect set up with all the amenities you could ask for. Freezer with ice machine, washer/dryer. Not to mention the views and breeze of the Ocean right outside your door.

I highly recommend partnering with Club Reale for an incredible experience when it comes to choosing your stay. I booked three rooms and the views were beyond beautiful. Rooms are well kept and managed.

  We hosted our clients at the Sailfish Marina less than 2 miles from the resort. The views were gorgeous and food quite tasty.

  I was here on business so there was very little time to get out. I mentally escaped thanks to the awesome views in my room

We took our kids here for 4 days amazing fun. The views, location, service, and staff everything were amazing! We dined at the restaurant for my husbands birthday. The kids had an amazing time on the waterslide. They made us feel welcome everywhere we went! The rooms we stayed in was updated and super clean. Housekeeping was polite and took care of us. We will be back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This resort has the BEST customer service, employees, cleanliness, restaurants, valet services, concierge, etc. It is top notch in every area!

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. Working with James to book the location was one of the easiest rentals we have booked. James was professional and very helpful. We extended our stay for three more nights since we were not ready to leave. Herve was the most help during our stay. Thank you for taking care of us.

  Great location. Beach was very nice. The pool was very nice. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. The spa was incredible.

  Close to everything. Just gorgeous. Flagler Mansion - a must. Bricktop Restaurant was great for dinner and lunch. Brunch at the Breakers a must.

We were 8 people from 10 to 75. The place was comfortable & luxurious for our whole group. There was great together hang-out time and room for quiet alone time as needed. We would return in a minute.

We enjoyed it. The location is great with the property abutting the beach. The booking was a little weird in that on expedia, it did not id this as a Marriott property. Also, we weren't aware that our unit was privately owned. Not that it matters because it was very nice.

  Location. The overall area was also not terribly crowded.

  Not sure why in the pool area there needs to be music blasting. The sound carries up to the room and is a little distracting.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday with a few friends. The facilities were immaculately kept and the service was fantastic. All requests were met without a second thought. Would definitely stay her again!!!

The 17th floor 2-bedroom condo is outstanding, even nicer than in the photos. Especially beautiful beach views from the 2nd bedroom with 2 beds (also views from the balcony & master bedroom). Very spacious & luxurious, especially the master bath, nice shower & large tub. Comfortable bed linens & furnishings. James from Club Reale went above & beyond to provide recommendations and exceptional customer service! We ate at 3800 - beautiful views & great service, but food was mediocre, recommend going out to eat, especially Limoncello, The Regional Kitchen & Public House

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time. The resort is very upscale and the room was very large. We had a great vibe going for our entire stay. The front desk was a bit disorganized but was very accommodating and helpful. The food was great. Will definitely be back!

The penthouse was amazing, awesome panoramic view of the ocean and inter coastal. The service was great and the food was top notch. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The whole family stayed for a few days over the holiday break. There was an obvious focus by staff on providing great customer service. Our room was in excellent condition and as described. The north side of the building had the best views and housekeeping kept it spotless. Depending on how much time you are spending in the rooms would consider upgrading to those with a view over Ocean Reef Park. A bit pricey for New Years but was to be expected. We used all the facilities and explored many nearby restaurants. It was the best place to be for the holidays, and we will be coming back again for easter.

This is a well-run resort with an excellent staff. The lobby, public areas and the room were top quality. The bar was was packed with life. The setting is absolutely spectacular. If you travel here, be sure to make time to sit and stare at the glorious Atlantic and enjoy the sound of the ocean. The two pools are great, too. Room service food is ok. I tried all the restaurants and they were excellent. Sink and shower drains in bathroom didn't drain very well, and they took care of it right away when I notified them. Overall great experience.

Our stay was amazing, We went for my husbands 56th Birthday, we had a fabulous time. The entire staff was exceptional. We are trying to plan our next visit to Singer Island, and can not wait to go back. There were lots of amenities with many things to do. Highly recommend for families and great for relaxing for adults too. There were many good places to eat in the area to choose from.

5 stars for sure. Perfect stay, beginning to end, let me start by saying everyone who works at the hotel is friendly and beyond accommodating. Upon entering in to the hotel, you are greeted with the most amazing welcome. Decor is sleek and modern. Room was fantastic, clean, comfortable bed, great views of the ocean, huge bathroom, plush towels, and high end toiletries. Room service fast and great selection options. Overall amazing value for the money for this hotel. This will be one of my go to hotels for sure when staying in Palm Beach.

  Beach life during the winter!

I've been fortunate enough to stay in the best hotels around the world but I have never encountered anything as extraordinary as this resort. This hotel staff was generous in every way imaginable. Every visible surface is done in marble or wood. The room had a smart TV and a comfortable bed with high thread count sheets. We stayed in one of the ocean facing rooms which was very nice. The service is second to none and I enjoyed the restaurant and spa. We are already planning our return!
